Your practitioner is both an ICRT Certified Level IV Karuna Reiki Master and Holy Fire & Usui Reiki Master, in addition to being a trained Yoga, Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed, Sound Healing Teacher.

A complimentary before + after consultation is included with the scheduled Reiki time, along with your choice of beverage and/or hot tea. 

An intuitive blend of healing modalities will be used based upon the client's needs.

Reiki is a healing technique for stress-reduction and relaxation that promotes deep healing.  It activates the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restores physical and emotional well-being.
